About us

Chameleon is a production home for creative talent. Film, TV, Photography and Advertising runs in our blood and creativity is at the heart of everything we do.

For more than a decade and a half we have been developing a dynamic and talented team of creators, thinkers and storytellers, winning awards across all platforms, working with some of the biggest brands, and the most exciting campaigns in Aotearoa New Zealand and around the world. 

In a constantly evolving industry, we are more than comfortable working directly with brands and marketers, as with traditional advertising agencies. We understand the need to make our output as effective as it is engaging.

Founded by producer and director Nic Craig and industry legend and creative powerhouse Simon Shattky, this multi-award winning duo launched Chameleon more than 15 years ago, starting the journey of creating some of the most effective and memorable campaigns during that time. 

Having recently acquired creative talents and the content catalogue of Vivid Creative, Chameleon’s collective passion for storytelling continues to churn and grow beneath the surface, exploring the strangely beautiful world around us all and the shared human experience within.
